Path of Totality Mystery Colorway
Our farm is right smack dab in the middle of the Path of Totality for what is being called "The Great Eclipse". Now, I don't know what makes this particular eclipse stand out as "The Great" one, but for me personally it is great because it is the first time I have lived right in the Path of Totality of any eclipse.
I have great memories of witnessing eclipses of various kinds with my kids as life has flowed along the years, and this year we will be together on the farm witnessing a total solar eclipse (with proper eclipse viewing glasses). So much fun, and very exciting. I even ordered a box of fresh Moon Pies for the occassion.
Anyway, following the eclipse the girls and I are going to create our extra special "Path of Totality" colorway to commemorate and share this event with you. Pre-order yours in black and white or color today to get in on the fun!
Path of Totality will be hand painted on a special selection of our Group A Yarn Bases.
What You Get:
Semi-Solid Singles: One single 100g skein of yarn created as our interpretation on fiber of the total solar eclipse. We don't even know what it will look like yet, because we are going to be inspired by the event itself.
2-Color Kits: Two different 100g skeins of yarn dyed in contrasting colors created as our interpretation on fiber of the total solar eclipse. We don't even know what they will look like yet, because we are going to be inspired by the event itself.
Our hand painted yarns are micro-brewed by individual fine artists. Variations between hanks reflect the beauty of these one-of-a-kind, artist creations. When you order multiple hanks in the same colorway, they are dyed in one batch and great care is taken to match hue, tint/shade, variegation, and sprinkles. Even with that, there may be some variations between hanks ... such is the nature of our fine art fiber products.
