This summer we will release our "Shoreline" MKAL and it is going to be fabulous!  The design will feature ocean and shoreline colors inspired by the fantastic photographs you see on these pages.  (We haven't set the start date for the MKAL as of yet, but it will be a summer 2022 knitting event.)

The design and the colors are inspired by these shoreline photos and we can hardly wait to see the results of this beautiful summer vacation adventure!

Yarn Bases:  Please choose both a fingering weight and a lace weight yarn, as each kit contains both fingering and lace weights for this design.  More info about our yarn bases may be found here --> Our Yarn Bases.

Kit Styles and What You Get:

3-Color Shoreline Kit:  

  • Two 100g fingering weight skeins, one dyed in the ocean waters color in this photo and the other dyed in the shore / beach colors of this photo.
  • One 50g to 100g lace weight (depending on your choice) skein dyed to resemble the white of the sea foam.

7-Color Shoreline Kit: 

  • Two 100g fingering weight skeins, one dyed in the ocean waters color in this photo and the other dyed in the shore / beach colors of this photo.
  • Four 20g mini fingering weight skeins dyed in a gradient bridging the ocean to the shoreline.
  • One 50g to 100g lace weight (depending on your choice) skein dyed to resemble the white of the sea foam.

Our hand painted yarns are micro-brewed by individual fine artists. Variations between hanks reflect the beauty of these one-of-a-kind, artist creations. When you order multiple hanks in the same colorway, they are dyed in one batch and great care is taken to match hue, tint/shade, variegation, and sprinkles.  Even with that, there may be some variations between hanks ... such is the nature of our fine art fiber products.
