Returns Policy

Digital Pattern Downloads: All sales are final, refunds on digital items are not available. If you experience difficulty downloading your files, please email us for assistance.

Hand Dyed Yarn:  We hand dye all yarn to order, as orders are placed.   Each hank of yarn is an original artist creation and is truly a labor of love; no two hanks are exactly alike. Our photography depicts our colorways as accurately as possible, but there may be differences in what you see due to differences in devices and computer screens that we have no control over.

That having been said, if you want very much to return your yarn, you must do so within 30 days of purchase. It must be returned in the original condition in which we sent it, with label intact, in brand new condition so it may be resold. If it has been wound into a ball, it is no longer in brand new condition.

Upon receipt, if we find the yarn is in brand new condition, we will either issue a refund for the amount you paid for the yarn.  We do not refund shipping fees, and we do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us.  If a package becomes lost or damaged in the mail either to or from our address, it is not our responsibility to replace it or issue a refund.

Art Prints: Must be returned in original new and undamaged condition, in original packaging, within 30 days for replacement or refund. Shipping fees are not subject to refund. We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged art prints (but we are kind hearted and will most likely work with you).

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will be notified of your return.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

If you are shipping an item(s) valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
